Required Ingredients
- Fresher Jhatpat Chicken Shashlik Sauce – 1 Packet
- Boneless Chicken Thigh or Breast – 300 g, diced
- Red Onion – 1 medium, diced
- Capsicum – 1 medium, diced
- Tomato – 1 medium, diced
- Dry Basil or Oregano Flakes – ½ tsp. (optional)
Steps of Cooking
- Pour ¼ of the sauce and chicken in a cooking pot and cook on medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
- Add 1 cup (200ml) water and cover with a lid; stir from time to time on medium to low heat.
- When meat is tender, add the remaining sauce and cook.
- Add onion, capsicum, and tomato respectively; cook to desired thickness and perfection.
- Sprinkle dry basil or oregano flakes and serve hot with boiled rice.
